Teaching is an important element of the American Culture PhD Program and GSI positions in courses taught by the program are assigned first to American Culture graduate students and those in our affiliated programs. Consequently, we rarely recruit students from outside this pool. If we do have positions available, they will be advertised university-wide via the Academic Human Resources process. Students can register to receive email notices of new postins as they occur via the listserver.
