Electives and Prerequisites

If you took the maximum number of credits and courses to meet each of the degree requirements, you would still need some additional credits to reach the minimum 120 credits needed to graduate. Depending on your concentration, you may have as many as 48 credits or as few as 24 credits needed to reach the total. Some of these credits will be used when you take prerequisites to your concentration. The other credits can be used to take additional courses in your concentration, add another concentration, to take courses in other departments which enrich your understanding of your concentration and/or to take courses in subject areas that are of particular personal interest to you.
