Humanitarian Service Award Nomination Form

The Humanitarian Service Award is presented annually to a living alumnus or alumna of the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, whose life embodies the Michigan Difference. The award recognizes noble character and citizenship, and celebrates services to humanity that promotes greater understanding.
