Responsibilities: manages the Chair's calender and the department calendar, assists with departmental events, development and faculty meetings, faculty support issues such as coordinating faculty promotions, faculty position requests and searches, the faculty merit program and faculty leaves/sabbaticals, lecturer and adjunct renewals and reviews, as well as temporary staff hiring and payroll and back-up maintenance of the departmental website.
