Deborah serves as the Curriculum and Student Services Assistant for Asian Languages and Cultures. In this role, she assists in the administration of the undergraduate and graduate programs for the Department. Some of her key responsibilities include graduate admissions, Summer Language Institute program and admissions, participating in recruiting and retention activities, working with faculty and various committees on developing and improving the curriculum, and acting as a resource for students as they interact with the department.
Deborah holds a Bachelors in Asian Studies and History from Occidental College. She worked and studied abroad in both Taiwan and South Korea before joining ALC in 2012.
