All students admitted to the program will receive a $2,500 scholarship!!
Students should note that in addition to the program fees listed above, they will also be responsible for UM tuition or a not-for-credit fee.
The linked worksheet lists other charges, which includes UM tuition
at the students on-campus rate (in-state is approximately
$2,693/half-term and out-of-state approximately $7,747/half-term).
Students wishing to participate in the program for the not-for-credit
option should contact the Department for information. The not-for-credit
fee is $2,500.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Program Cancellation. The University of Michigan is committed to providing a safe learning experience. We will monitor the political situation in China and South Asia carefully. We reserve the right to cancel the program, should the program faculty feel that it is not safe. If the University cancels the program, all expenses will be returned.
- Failure to make the payments on this invoice will result in a financial hold on the students account and a possible loss of a spot in the program.
- Withdrawal by February 15th will result in a loss of deposit plus assessment of non-recoverable expenses.
- Withdrawal after February 15th will result in forfeiture of all paid program fees.
- Financial Aid and MET: Any student who will use Financial Aid and/or MET to pay program costs MUST make an appointment with the Administration in the Department of ALC to provide a copy of the students financial aid award letter and, if necessary, sign an alternate payment schedule.
