Protostellar evolution and accretion process in protoplanetary disks
Jaehan Bae is interested in the evolution of protostars and their circumstellar disks. He is carrying out calculations of the evolution using two-zone (dead zone + active layer) layered accretion disk model to explore parameter space. Jaehan hopes to further understand the accretion process in protostellar systems and to help understand observations of young stars.
