The 2010 Registration and Pricing will be up on the web site by January 1, 2010.  If you have questions until then, please email us at beariver@umich.edu.

Registration will begin January 4, 2010.  A 2010 registration form will be uploaded by then.  Please do not use the 2009 form.

Registration

A link to the registration form can be found at the bottom left corner of this page after January 13th, 2009. Please fill out both pages of the registration form and mail them (or fax them if credit card payment) with your deposit or full payment to the address on the form. If not paid in full, the conference balance is due by May 20. Before May 20, the conference fee minus the $150 deposit is 50% refundable.

Lodging

We offer two different registration plans, Plan A and Plan B:

Plan A: Includes tuition, lodging, and all meals.

Lodging Options and Costs for Plan A:

Private room with queen bed and private bath: $795 per person

Room with queen bed and shared bath: $770 per person

Bunk room: $695 per person (Single bunk bed in a 4-bunk bedroom shared with 1-3 others/shared bath with 1-3 others)

Plan B: Includes tuition and all meals, but not lodging for those who live in the Petoskey area or those who prefer to lodge in the surrounding communities. There are many hotels and motels available within twenty minutes of the conference for those who prefer greater privacy. $595 per person

Workshops

Register as early as you can to secure your workshop choice. Workshops will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. In the unlikely event of a workshop cancellation, your entire payment will be refunded upon request if you do not wish to enroll in an alternate workshop. Choose one workshop leader for the whole conference.
