Welcome to the Barger Leadership Institute. The Institute was founded in 2007 with the generous donations of University of Michigan alumni committed to Organizational Studies, undergraduate education, and the development of leadership through the lessons of experience. The Barger Leadership Institute is associated with the Organizational Studies academic program and provides students in Michigan's College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and learn by doing.
