This course is designed for students working in any media to examine the relationship Astronomy and Art had in the past, as well as current influences in Sculpture, Painting, Design, and time based media such as Animation and Performance. Students will examine Astronomical tools, images, and theories from which art works will be generated. Course work is project oriented, and will include research and development of ideas, as well as critiques.
