Primary Instructor:

A one semester introduction to Environmental and Natural Resources economics. Topics include - environmental problems and policy solutions, efficiency and markets, externalities and market failures, property rights, emission fees and marketable permits, and renewable resources. Exam dates: Exam I - February 9th. Exam II - March 18th. Exam III - April 20th.
