MUSICOL 122 is an introductory survey to various music cultures of the world. Though this is an ethnomusicology class, no musical experience is required. The course will introduce Western musical concepts as well as non-Western ones. School of Music music majors may not take this course for musicology credit, though LSA music majors and minors are accepted.
