Primary Instructor:

This course offers an introduction to spoken and written Punjabi. Those who have little or no previous knowledge of Punjabi (Gurmukhi) script will learn to read and write at the basic level. During this course students will use the communicative approach to develop the ability to speak, comprehend, read, and write Punjabi. Evaluation will be based on attendance, class participation, assignments, quizzes and tests.
