MATH 451 (strongly recommended). MATH 425/STATS 425 would be helpful.

This course is a fairly rigorous introduction to the mathematical theory of probability. Specifically, the course will cover probability spaces, random variables, moment generating functions, limit theorems, conditional expectation, Markov chains and Poisson processes.
