Primary Instructor:

This course continues to develop the students’ proficiency in the four basic language skills – listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The course will focus on acquiring basic Punjabi grammar and core vocabulary in this semester. All classes will be interactive and supplementary material will be distributed throughout the course, which provides different aspects of the Punjabi culture and life. Students will be encouraged to communicate in the target language. Course evaluation will be graded on classroom attendance and performance, homework assignments, weekly quizzes, midterm and final exams, and oral exams.
