Suggested assignment: 1250 words of prose fiction every two weeks. Rewriting is emphasized. The class meets as a group up to two hours per week. We read collections of short fiction by established writers. Every student meets privately with the instructor each week. LSA freshmen and sophomores admitted with permission of instructor.
