Primary Instructor:

A continuation of the concepts from Pharmaceutical Sciences 463 including absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of drugs and drug-related species by the body. Emphasis is placed on the use (not the derivation) of pharmacokinetic/dynamic models and equations. Additional emphasis is placed on designing suitable dosage regimens for the treatment and prevention of disease in humans.
