SAC 290 with a minimum grade of C- or better, and concentration in Screen Arts and Cultures.
May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit(s). May be elected more than once in the same term.
Primary Instructor:

In this intermediate course participants will create moving image works in film and video which examine the poetics within the process by which the digital and film image is made in broadly interpretive ways. Expressive digital processing and direct material manipulation of film using a variety of experimental processes will be the focus. Close observation of extant works and related readings will inform our objective in the completion of short experimental works.
