Antitrust policy and economic regulation in the United States. Considerable attention is devoted to the reading and class discussion of judicial opinions and regulatory-agency decisions.

The syllabus will be posted on CTools.

Course Requirements:

Grading is based on two midterm examinations and one substantial paper.
