Primary Instructor:

The focus of this course is psychological science on women and girls, addressing such topics as gender stereotypes, girlhood and adolescence, women and work, love relationships, pregnancy and motherhood, women's mental health, violence against women, and women in later adulthood. By the end of the academic term, students should have a good understanding of what it means to be female in North America.
