Primary Instructor:

Primal-dual algorithm. Resolution of degeneracy, upper bounding. Variants of simplex method. Geometry of the simplex method, application of adjacent vertex methods in nonlinear programs, fractional linear programming under uncertainty. Ranking algorithms, fixed charge problem. Integer programming. Combinatorial problems.
