Primary Instructor:

This course will offer an introduction to theory, perspectives, and empirical research in the sociology of gender and sexuality, and will assist students in preparing for the Gender and Sexuality prelim exam. The course will cover a combination of canonical and contemporary work, consider traditional and current debates, as well as cover US and cross-cultural material.
