Inorganic and organic chemistry; undergraduate course work in biology.
This course counts toward the 60 credits of math/science required for a Bachelor of Science degree.

Primary Instructor:

Students will gain a fundamental knowledge of tissues (liver, pancreas, adipose and interesting) that are central in nutrient metabolism. This module will integrate biochemistry, physiology, and pathophysiology in the context of human nutrient metabolism and gastrointestinal homeostasis.
