Special Topics in the Humanities is taught by various members of the program faculty. Each version of the course has its own subtitle, some being offered one time only while others are repeated and may evolve into regular courses with their own course number and title.
Course Requirements:
Requirements will vary according to the topic and instructor, but will include some combination of research papers, short essays, exams, or extended projects. Students are expected to attend class regularly and participate in class discussions.
Intended Audience:
Sophomores and juniors from a wide range of concentrations as well as students whose concentration is undeclared.
Class Format:
Class meets 3-4 hpw in seminar format.
