Primary Instructor:

In this course, student directors learn about the craft of directing through hands-on experience with staging exercises, collaboration with designers and work with an acting ensemble. Students prepare two original exercises and work on three scripted projects during the semester.

Intended Audience:

Class Format:

Two of the weekly sessions are with the actors and allow for supervised rehearsal and the third is a directors meeting to discuss concepts and approaches.
