No credit granted to those who have completed both EARTH 205 (or GEOSCI 205) AND one of GEOSCI 206 or EARTH 206 or ENVIRON 206; Three credits granted to those who have completed one of GEOSCI 205 or 206, EARTH 205 or 206, or ENVIRON 206.

Primary Instructor:

Introduction to Geology (Lectures&Discussion) -- A single-term course in introductory geology on the evolution and state of Earth, and human-planet feedbacks. The course focuses on processes and connections among interacting geo-, bio-, atmo- and hydro-spheres.

Class Format:

3 hours/week lecture plus 1 hour/week discussion. Students should also enroll in an EARTH 118 Lab section.
