Primary Instructor:

This course provides fundamentals of traffic science, including data collection, analysis, design, and operations. Main components include traffic flow theory, traffic simulation, and traffic operations. An introduction to connected and automated vehicle technology and its applications in traffic flow and signal control will be introduced.
