Description

This course introduces general computer programming principles and relational databases as tools to solve bioinformatics data analysis problems. General programming and graph generation are taught using Python, variations may occur. SQL is taught in conjunction with database design, construction and querying. Packages that extend the capabilities of Python are explored.
