Dear Racers and Participants!

Thank you for getting onboard with our first ever Dragon Boat Festival scheduled for September 30, 10:00am–5:00pm at Gallup Park (rain or shine). Below are directions for registration. Detailed park map and race day schedule will be available on this site at least one week prior to the event. Teams will assemble by the Old Picnic Shelter at the designated Team Tent at the back of Gallup Park near the pond. Box lunch will be provided to racers. Race results will be posted on the website after the event. There are two scheduled practice sessions for Friday 9/28 and Saturday 9/29, please try to attend one session, preferably with your teammates. You will have two opportunities to race on Sunday with a third race featuring the eight best teams. If you would prefer that the Center for Chinese Studies fills your boat with paddlers, please email us at ccs.dragonboat@umich.edu.
