Olga maintains the class schedule, LSA Bulletin material, and online Course Guide for all classes (both undergraduate and graduate). She handles all classroom changes or special requests (exams, review sessions). She processes new (proposed) classes &/or changes to course descriptions and prerequisites. She handles all textbooks and desk/review copy orders. Olga provides administrative support for the instructional program, which consists of completing copying and scanning of instructional materials (including confidential exam copying), and assures departmental inquiries and visitors, either walk-in or phone call, are routed appropriately. She supervises the front office student assistants, who route phone calls, handle the mail, greet visitors and complete departmental copying, scanning & faxing.
