Jeremy Fox studies empirical industrial organization. His recent research measures efficiency in FCC spectrum auctions, explores the cost of breaking up globally integrated automotive manufacturers, estimates the sensitivity of consumer debt on credit cards to interest rates, and finds the role of human capital in firm productivity. Fox's methodological advances focus on computation and identification in matching games and in models of consumer demand.
