Mary M. is the Department’s administrative manager and key administrator. Along with the Chair, she is responsible for managing all funds within the Department, assuring proper stewardship of gifts, maintaining the operational integrity of the unit, and overseeing the administrative aspects of faculty/staff/student appointments and funded research. She is the Department’s administrative liaison to the College (LSA) and other University units. She is responsible for a cohort of staff members who provide administrative, IT, facility, public relations and instructional support to the Department’s faculty and students, the Sumner and Laura Foster Library, and the Research Seminar in Quantitative Economics (RSQE).
