Economic Courses
Permission Policy
Fall/Winter Terms
A written permission will be given by the Professor after the first day of classes at the beginning of the term. Therefore, a student must attend the first day and speak to the professor to request permission into the class. GSIs cannot grant permissions into discussion sections, even their own discussion sections. An electronic permission will be processed by the Student Services Assistant, only when the written permission is received from the Professor of the course. Once the electronic permission has been processed, students can add the course through Wolverine Access.
Spring/Summer Terms
The permission policy is the same as above, except for GSIs teaching Economics 101 and 102. In that case the GSIs will issued the written permissions.
