Description

Administrative support to the department chair by organizing meetings, travel, and special departmental functions. Prepares leave request documents and retirement memoirs, catalogues faculty and instructor CVs, and coordinates annual faculty reviews. Compiles dossiers for faculty promotions and hires.

Assists the administrative manager by supervising departmental submission of faculty and student awards.

Staff support for the Executive Committee and in faculty meetings, working with individual committees as needed for third-year reviews and related events.
