Behavioral ecology, wildlife health, endangered/threatened species, mammalian ecology

Research interests

Ong is interested in how changes in the environment may influence the health or fitness of wildlife, specifically that of endangered or threatened species.

Ong spent the summer of 2009 at the UMBS doing a research project under the direction of her mentor, Francesca Cuthbert.
