In addition to the Michigan Entomological Society's annual meeting in late spring or early summer, the society also hosts various informal meetings and collecting trips as interest and time allows. A mid-winter "Breaking Diapause" party has been an effective way to break the winter doldrums and dream of days of summer breezes.
Come and meet with fellow entomologists and insect enthusiasts. Bring along insects to identify. Show us your latest project. Tours will be given of the new wet specimen facility.
