Megahan teaches biological illustration course at U Oregon

Scientific illustrator John Megahan taught a weekend workshop called Biological Illustration at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology, University of Oregon, in July. Megahan is the scientific illustrator, graphic designer and web developer for the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Michigan.
He taught how to produce accurate drawings of animals and plants suitable for reference, publication or display. Techniques included pen and ink, pencil, scratch and coquille board.
