Fields of study

  • Systematics and evolution: I use a combination of morphological, molecular, ecological and spatial data to clarify species limits in plant groups with challenging taxonomy and understand their evolution and biogeography
  • Tropical Forest Ecology: I am interested in understanding ecological processes that explain tropical forest dynamics through long-term ecological monitoring of a 50-ha permanent plot in the Korup National Park, Cameroon
