Why major in English? We'd like to hear your story...
One of the questions asked most often by undergraduate students either pursuing a degree in English or considering doing so is,"What can I do with a Bachelor of Arts in English?" We know the career possibilities for English majors are as numerous as they are varied; therefore, we created a section of our website to address this question by way of example. Through offering a number of profiles of our alumni—working in a range of fields and at various stages of career development—we hope to show the value a degree in English has in achieving rewarding and successful careers.
