Prison Creative Arts Linkage Project 2012 Conference

The Linkage Project affirms the creativity of adults and youth returning from incarceration. The conference is dedicated to professional and artistic development of PCAP Linkage Project artists and volunteers. All Linkage members and those interested in volunteering are welcome to join.
