PLAN (Profession, Academics, Life, Networks) is a resource to help graduate students manage their professional, academic, career and personal development along the way to degree completion.  Students can use PLAN to stay informed about workshops, training sessions, and other events across campus, and to learn about resources to help them succeed.


The Committee on the Status of Graduate Students in the Profession will work through 2013, considering a range of curricular, intellectual, and professional issues affecting graduate students in language and literature.  Please check their web link below for information on: preparing for your career, your rights as a graduate students, attendance at the MLA convention and going on the job market, and assistance in finding financial aid.
