The
deadlines for the Graduate
and Undergraduate
Contests are:
December 15, 2008, 4:00 p.m.
Deadline for contestants who will not be enrolled Winter
Term (e.g., December Graduates).
February 10, 2009, 12:00 noon CONTEST DEADLINE
Transcripts and completed and assembled mnuscripts due
in the Hopwood Room.
The
deadline for the Underclassmen
Contest is:
Tuesday,
December 9, 2008, 12:00 noon.
The
deadline for the Summer Hopwood
is:
June 20 by 12:00 noon
Deadline
if a student is only enrolled spring half.
August 4 by 12:00 noon
Deadline
if a student
is enrolled in both halves or second half only.

Warning:
All deadlines must be enforced to the minute and
without exception. Since last-minute problems do
arise, contestants are strongly advised to turn
their work in early.
