Bio:
Jonathan Allison is Associate Professor of English at the University of Kentucky and was formerly director of the W.B. Yeats International Summer School. He has been a visiting fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities, Edinburgh, and an editorial assistant for the London Review of Books. His publications include Yeats's Political Identities (1996), Patrick Kavanagh: a Reference Guide (1996), Poetry and Contemporary Culture (ed. with Andrew Roberts, 2002) and Bound for the 1890s (Rivendale Press, 2006). He is currently editing the selected letters of Louis MacNeice.
