Gallery Visits

Faculty and GSIs are invited to visit with their classes to extend their learning in the Museum?s exhibit galleries.  There is no charge for U-M class visits, but we ask that you call ahead to let us know you are coming.  This helps us track U-M class use of the Museum and allows you to avoid conflicts with other scheduled groups.

Please contact Linda Heywood (734-764-0478, liking@umich.edu) with details about your visit, including your preferred date, time, class name, and number of students.

Class Assignments

Instructors are welcome to send their students to the Museum to complete class assignments in the galleries.  The Museum maintains a file of past class assignments, which are available for review upon request.  Contact Education Director Kira Berman (734-647-8574, kiberman@umich.edu).

Planetarium Shows

Special Programs and Materials
