  Point of contact for policies and procedures related to recruitment, third-year reviews, modified duties, delays of tenure review, tenure and promotion, leaves, LIII hiring, and LIII/IV renewals.  Advise units on policy interpretation and give general guidance as requested.  Prepare cover documents for senior recruitment and for tenure and promotion cases sent to the Provost, President, and Regents.  Oversee review of faculty commitments, offer letters, and new hire Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).  Prepare all Regents’ communications for personnel decisions.
