Work Planning Sessions
Work Planning is a 2 hour course designed to help staff develop a work plan. This will be a hands-on workshop to help you think strategically about the goals of the work you do for your unit. Preparing a work plan is a requirement for all LSA staff (non-instructional, non- bargaining for positions). The workshop will include:
- Suggestions on how to complete a work plan
- Time to begin developing or revising your own work plan for this coming year
- Recommended steps for holding a work planning meeting with your supervisor or your staff member
We suggest that you bring your current job description, job analysis or previous work plan to this session. Employees who have taken this course before are welcome to repeat it as a refresher course.
*There are a limited number of seats available, registration is mandatory.
Please e-mail Annie Brock to register.
