ISS Video Clip Digitization Service
Are you an LSA faculty member who uses video in the classroom?  With VHS tapes becoming obsolete, ISS is happy to digitize your video clips and provide you with a DVD for in-class use.  See this form for additional information and to submit your request!

Need help transitioning to Google? Check out the LSA Guide to Google Tools to provide an introduction to Google's vast array of online tools, see what Google tools are already used in education in the College, and/or check out tutorials and other helpful links.

Google Course Groups, rolled out at the beginning of August, allows instructors to create group email addresses based on class rosters.  Course Groups email addresses are restricted to class members, and update automatically to stay current with your class roster throughout the term.

Interested in using Google+ Hangouts in the classroom? Check out the LSA Guide to Google +. UM's integration with Google allows faculty and students to take advantage of Google+ Hangouts videoconferencing.  Hangouts work in a similar fashion to Skype, but with up to ten simultaneous users, and the ability to screenshare, chat via text, and collaborate on Google documents at the same time.
