LSA Instructional Support Services' role is to provide excellent learning environments for LSA faculty and students, and to facilitate exceptional instructional opportunities both in and out of the classroom. To that end, our professionally trained staff is ready to help you.

In preparation for the University's transition to Google, LSA Instructional Support Services, along with the Language Resource Center, have created the LSA Guide to Google Tools to provide an introduction to Google's vast array of online tools. See what Google tools are already used in education in the College and/or check out tutorials and other helpful links.
The SLAM series (Symposium on Learning Analytics at Michigan) continues Winter Term, beginning January 11 from 12p-1p in North Quad Room 2435. The SLAM series occurs every other week throughout the Winter Term.
John Fritz (Assistant VP for Instructional Tech and New Media, UMBC) will discuss Using Learning Analytics to Raise Awareness of Underperforming Students.
