ISS Classroom & Instructional Support: aka Operations

ISS Operations is a team of highly trained and knowledgeable professionals and students.  We provide audio-visual equipment and services support for all classes and events held in LSA classrooms.  If you have questions or concerns about your classroom, or need immediate assistance in the classroom, please contact us at 734.615.0100 or contact our Help Desk.

Additional equipment is available for check-out to LSA faculty, students, and staff from our conveniently located check-out centers.  Click here for center locations and hours.  Walk-in is available during center hours.  Advance reservations are encouraged and can be made at 734.615.0100 or email us at lsa-iss-reservations@umich.edu.

Training on the installed classroom equipment can help relieve some of the stress surrounding the first day of classes or when you want to try something new with the equipment.  We are happy to help familiarize you with the equipment outside of class. ISS also offers a digitization service.  With VHS tapes becoming obsolete, ISS is happy to digitize your video clips and provide you with a DVD for in-class use.  See this form for additional information and to submit your request!
