LSA New Employee Orientation (NEO)
The College of LSA was founded in 1837. In its first year, the College consisted of seven students and two professors.
LSA NEO is open to all staff members in LSA — not just new employees.
The College has approximately 3000 faculty, staff, and graduate student instructors and is home to over 17,000 students.
This program is designed to give an overview of policies and benefits that are specific to LSA. We also highlight other important policies that are relevant to new LSA staff and staff that have transferred from other units.
